As an online educator, you make a thousand decisions each day regarding what to post to your courses and how best to package and present that material. Congratulations! That makes you a content strategist! Content strategy is about building practical, useful, efficient resources that will live on the Web. It’s a set of principles and techniques that “web people”—historically, consultants, marketing and communications people--use to ensure that their websites provide the type of information that their users are looking for, and in the places that user is going to go to look for them.
